Beginning her real estate career in 1993 during a volatile housing market, Leslie knew she had to be creative in finding her family’s next home in a market where buyers were panic-buying, and sellers were quickly becoming upside down in their mortgages. Through the school of self-determination and extensive personal research, she began pursuing the distressed housing market. As a stay-at-home mom and business entrepreneur, she learned negotiation skills, short sale discussions with lenders, and finding solutions for mortgage-distressed homeowners. As a result, she negotiated three mortgage liens down on the house of their dreams and saved her family over 43% on the final purchase price.

Through this process, it confirmed that she had a love for real estate, which launched her love, desire and passion to find winning solutions for others who had real estate needs of their own. Since receiving her first Real Estate license in California in 2001, she has added two additional states to her professional licensing and, in turn, has helped countless first-time home buyers, and homeowners buy and sell their homes in California, Texas, and now Idaho.

With the boom of many moving to her area of North Texas in 2016, new doors opened leading the way for Commercial Real Estate sales to be included in her resume. From land acquisition & development, event centers, a winery, an equestrian facility, to office complexes, she learned to nationally market her clients’ properties, work with cities and counties, and negotiate winning results for her commercial clients.

Leslie prides herself on her negotiation skills, building relationships and communication with her clients and business associates, her dedication, and a strong work ethic.
